I could write a whole lot of stuff here but basically I’m a Northlander who has been in this industry for over 11 years. It’s a great job and I’ve met a lot of great people. I’ve tried real estate management (which wrecked me) and now know what I love doing is running my own real estate sales business. I enjoy assisting people with their real estate needs and will always go the extra mile to make things work. You don’t always hit strikes in this business and I understand that. Sometimes the results come quickly and other times takes a bit more perserverence. I am also an investor myself so have a leaning toward this market. I have successfully purchased and advised for overseas clients and locals with a good record of finding properties that work for their needs. I have also managed my own properties and tenants so have an understanding of this area. The hours can be utter chaos for the family and personal life but rewards are outstanding while my approach is serious about making things work, with a little humour thrown in.
