The new site for Gary Younger’s Real Estate is now open!

I’m not sure how long this has been in the planning (years) but Carlos at Gorilla Themes came up with what I needed to bring all my sites together – at last!  Although we still have a couple of bugs to fix and we will add more information as the site grows, we are off the ground. I got through the showhome again last week …and it is looking sharp!  The Classic Builders Crew are starting to move in so there will be times available for you to call and discuss their designs or yours for this great subdivision.  They also build elsewhere if you already have your land.

They run by a number of names, quotable value, rateable valuation, government valuation but more so it is the basis that the District councils base their rates off. You can get more info at the QV site on the hows whens and whys including how to object if you feel yours is not right. 

I was in at the Whangarei District council on Friday and had a quick glance over a few properties which showed minor ups and downs – mine dropped 20k – objection prepared!  A few other areas had increased by 5 to 20k.  All in all there seemds to be little change on the 2006 values which is in line with what the market has done.  I would imagine our copies should arrive in the post this week so should be a conversation point for a week or two!

The activity in North Crest Drive continues to build with the showhome now enclosed and work on the interior well underway. 

After initially being offered for sale as a House and Land Package Lot 47 will now be the showhome for Classic Builders Whangarei and showcase it’s entry to the Whangarei building and real estate market.

Classic's Whangarei Showhome

 I called past yesterday to check progress on the Classic Builders Showhome.  They have certainly got the right team on the job as the roof is now on (with a few caps to go) and the joinery in.  You better be quick if you want to beat everyone to Whangarei’s best real estate deal!

The colours are looking really good and the brick is something sharp, with the different size giving more of an individual look , while keeping in with the subdivisions quality.
