]]>  June has seen another month of strong sales in Whanagrei City and County Real Estate Sales after May’s outstanding numbers (96 for the city).    City sales numbered 80 in June while we saw county (outlying) again strong with 27.   These figures are well up on April’s 64.  This is, I believe, still a flow on from the low numbers we had in late 2008 and early 09.  Also due to this surge in the last few months we are seeing limited stock levels which is tending to hold prices, moreso in the under $300k range. It will be interesting to see what happens in the winter months.  Normally a little slower it looks like these factors could keep the numbers up.
